Use these notes to prepare an inquiry, compare suppliers and understand the first steps of a custom knitted product program.
+What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ varies by product. Socks usually start from 500 pairs, accessories from 300 pieces and cozy home items from around 200 pieces.
+How long does sampling take?
Most samples can be prepared in 5-10 days after material, color, size, logo and packaging requirements are confirmed.
+Can AIGE support OEM and ODM projects?
Yes. AIGE supports both OEM and ODM programs, including product development, material selection, logo options, packaging and production planning.
+Can we customize packaging?
Yes. Packaging can include bands, hangtags, labels, polybags, gift boxes and customer-specific retail presentation.
+Do you provide certifications?
AIGE has certification resources including BSCI, WRAP, Sedex, OEKO-TEX and GRS. Final certification requirements should be confirmed by project.
+How do we start a custom order?
Send product references, material expectations, target quantity, packaging needs and destination market. AIGE will review and propose the next steps.
